RESOLUTION NO. 5828 
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHANDLER, 
ARIZONA, APPROVING A CERTIFICATION ACCEPTANCE AGREEMENT 
BETWEEN THE CITY OF CHANDLER AND THE STATE OF ARIZONA TO 
ADMINISTER 
DESIGN 
AND 
CONSTRUCTION 
OF 
FEDERAL-AID 
HIGHWAY PROGRAM PROJECTS. 
WHEREAS, the State of Arizona, by and through the Arizona Department of Transportation, 
desires to enter into a Certification Acceptance Agreement with the City of Chandler to administer 
design and construction of Federal-Aid Highway Program projects. 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chandler, Arizona, 
as follows: 
Section 1. 
A Certification Acceptance Agreement between the City of Chandler and the State 
of Arizona acting by and through the Arizona Department of Transportation, is 
approved in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit “A” for the purpose 
of administering design and construction of Federal-Aid Highway Program 
projects.  
Section 2. 
That the Mayor of the City of Chandler, Arizona, is authorized to execute the 
Certification Acceptance Agreement.
