In August 2024, two (2) households made two (3) reports regarding aircraft activity. Two (2) reports were for noise and One (1) was to report a low-flying aircraft. One (1) household was a repeat residence. Previous Caller (Daytime) Previous Caller (Nighttime) New Caller (Daytime) New Caller (Nighttime) Meeting Date: November 13, 2024 First household twice reported a loud aircraft in the early morning hours of the day throughout the entire month. Flight tracking revealed that most of the aircraft encountered were making early morning departures as opposed to pattern work. All aircraft identified were above regulatory altitudes while conducting what appeared as an enroute climb. Second household reported anonymously a loud and low-flying aircraft on a Saturday morning. Flight tracking indicated that CHD based aircraft was between 600 and 400 feet AGL approximately 4.5NM out from the airport until landing. The air traffic manager in the control tower also reviewed data from the radar tapes that were consistent with ADB-S data. Owner/tenant of this aircraft was contacted and advised that the aircraft was the subject of a low-flying aircraft report. Meeting Date: November 13, 2024
