Discuss Community Outreach opportunities - October 27, 2025, 1:30-3:00 p.m. – Genogram at the Chandler Library - Pride in Chandler on November 16 - on November 13, Katie will bring table and box of items to the DV Commission meeting for the Pride in Chandler event Page 2 of 2 - Contact with schools for Healthy Relationships/Mental Health - Possibly have a table at the Multicultural Festival – Saturday, January 18, 2025 - Need to get date for Field of Hope 2025 - Resource Fair ideas for April/May – MC/DJ - child events – bounce house - food truck – police/fire – resources - Sexual Violence Proclamation – March 2025 - Mother’s Day event for the shelter, possibly May 3, 2025 - Thank you for Boys & Girls Club for being good role models (crafts, snacks, painting rocks for meditation garden, etc.) Member Comments/Announcements Calendar The next Community Outreach Subcommittee meeting will be held on November 13, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., in the Council Chambers Conference Room, 88 E.
