Professional Experience
I recently retired from a diverse career spanning over thirty-two years. My professional journey

included a wealth of expertise in the realms of construction project management, engineering
consultancy, and architectural advisory roles. After graduating from the College of Engineering at
Arizona State University, I worked for various architecture, engineering and construction
organizations before moving onto positions with a large international real estate property
ownership group. The last six-plus years of my career were spent as the National Director of
Engineering and Construction for the same property owner, demonstrating strategic vision and
operational prowess at a national scale. Throughout my career, Ive been driven by a commitment
to excellence and a passion for navigating complex projects, establishing myself as a seasoned
leader in the real estate development and engineering management arena.

I am keen to join the board of the Chandler Museum Foundation becuase I am deeply passionate
about preserving and celebrating our community's rich history. With my diverse professional
background, I bring a unique blend of experience to the table. I believe that my skills and expertise
can contribute significantly to the museum's mission of promoting awareness and appreciation of
Chandler's heritage, ensuring that future generations can connect with our past.
