Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03(A)(3) and (A)(4) - Discussion and 
consultation for legal advice with legal counsel; and to consider its position and instruct legal 
counsel regarding pending or contemplated litigation or in settlement discussions conducted 
in order to avoid or resolve litigation—City of Chandler v. Roosevelt Water Conservation District. 
  
Action Agenda Motion and Vote 
Councilmember Stewart moved to hold an Executive Session Meeting immediately following the 
Special Meeting; Seconded by Vice Mayor Harris.  
 
Motion carried unanimously (7-0).
