Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03(A)(3), (A)(4), and (A)(7) - Discussion or
consultation with the City Attorney for legal advice and with City representatives to consider its
position and provide instruction relating to contracts that are the subject of negotiation and the
purchase, sale or lease of real property located at 73 S. Hamilton Street with Brinshore
Development , LLC.
Action Agenda Motion and Vote
Councilmember Stewart moved to hold an Executive Session Meeting immediately following the
Special Meeting; Seconded by Councilmember Orlando.
Motion carried unanimously (7-0).
