Discuss Community Outreach opportunities - Chandler Unified School District – ACP, Kyrene, Basha and Paragon schools are being contacted for Healthy Relationship tabling - Multicultural Festival – Saturday, January 18, 2025 - Boys and Girls Club activity on February 12 – possibly have artist join to paint rocks Page 2 of 2 - Resource Fair - April - Field of Hope - April - City Council meetings proclamations – February/March - International Mother’s Language Day – at Tumbleweed Park on February 22nd - Pride in Chandler on November 16 - Grant information requested by Councilmember Ellis – need further information regarding the grant to see if it’s in line with the DV Commission mission - Future Social Media posts regarding Domestic Violence – Katie will check with City of Chandler PIO Member Comments/Announcements Add to Regular meeting Agenda - participate in International Mother’s Language Day – at Tumbleweed Park on February 22nd Calendar The next Community Outreach Subcommittee meeting will be held on January 8, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., in the Council Chambers Conference Room, 88 E.
