Also present: Juanita Garza, Clerk; Jen Pokorski, County Manager; Andrea Cummings, Legal Counsel; Mia Vargas, Minutes Coordinator. ACTION 1. MEMORANDUM OF COMMITMENT AND TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT FOR COUNTY MANAGER Approve Memorandum of Commitment and Terms of Employment for Jennifer Pokorski to include salary and terms set forth in the attached agreement. This matter was discussed in executive session on March 27, 2023. The agreement is on file in the Clerk of the Board’s office and retained in accordance with LAPR approved retention schedule. (C-31-23-061-X-00) Motion to approve by Supervisor Jack Sellers, seconded by Supervisor Bill Gates Ayes: Clint Hickman, Jack Sellers, Thomas Galvin, Bill Gates Absent: Steve Gallardo 2. EXECUTIVE SESSION Vote to convene in Executive Session to consider the items on the Executive Agenda dated Monday, April 10, 2023, for Board of Supervisors and relevant Special Districts pursuant to the statutory authority listed for each item.
