Change Order No. 1
Dear Mr. Magana:
We have prepared our estimate to complete the referenced change order work for your acceptance. The
change involves additional pipe replacement requirements based on field data collected through the Test
Hole process. An additional 330 linear feet of RGRCP Class V have been amended to the initial proposal
submitted at project inception.
The total estimated cost for SRP forces to complete this change order work is $15,530. Before the work
can be done, your authorization and agreement to pay is required by signing below and returning this
letter.
To avoid construction delay, your authorization must be received by January 30, 2025. Please send your
authorization to my attention at the above address and/or fax to (602) 236-5965.
