RESOLUTION NO. 5862 
 
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHANDLER, 
ARIZONA, APPROVING AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT 
BETWEEN THE CITY OF CHANDLER AND ROOSEVELT WATER 
CONSERVATION DISTRICT FOR DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION TO 
RELOCATE IRRIGATION SYSTEM FACILITIES IMPACTED BY COOPER 
ROAD/INSIGHT WAY LOOP EXTENSION IMPROVEMENTS, ST2303, IN 
AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $58,223 
 
WHEREAS, the Roosevelt Water Conservation District (“RWCD”) and the City of Chandler 
desire to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement (“IGA”) for the design and construction 
necessary to relocate irrigation system facilities impacted by Cooper Road/Insight Way Loop 
Extension Improvements, ST2303. 
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Chandler, Arizona, 
as follows: 
 
Section 1. 
Approves an IGA between the City of Chandler and RWCD for the design and 
construction necessary to relocate irrigation system facilities impacted by Cooper 
Road/Insight Way Loop Extension Improvements, ST2303, in an amount not to 
exceed $58,223. 
 
Section 2.   
That the Mayor of the City of Chandler, Arizona, is authorized to execute the IGA 
in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit “A.”
