RESOLUTION NO. 5878 
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHANDLER, 
ARIZONA, APPROVING A WIRELESS LICENSE AGREEMENT TO SBA 
2012 TC ASSETS, LLC FOR THE SNEDIGAR SPORTS COMPLEX 
(ORBITAL) SITE. 
WHEREAS, the City of Chandler believes that it is in the City’s best interest to issue a Wireless 
License Agreement for such purpose.  
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Chandler, Arizona, 
as follows: 
Section 1. 
Approves the Wireless License Agreement (“Agreement”) between the City of 
Chandler and SBA 2012 TC Assets, LLC for Snedigar Sports Complex (Orbital) 
site in the form attached hereto as Exhibit “A” and incorporated herein by reference. 
Section 2. 
Authorizes the Mayor of the City of Chandler to execute the Agreement on behalf 
of the City of Chandler. 
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Chandler, Arizona, this 27th day of 
March, 2025.
