Effective upon final signature, the Agreement referenced above is hereby amended as follows: 
 
1. Pursuant to the Agreement Terms, Section Four (4), Amendment, the Agreement - Contract No. ADEQ18-182669 (last 
amended June 22, 2023), is hereby further amended as follows: 
 
1.1 Section Five (5), Amount of Agreement, is revised by adding the following: 
 
“ADEQ authorizes and is to provide program matching funds up to an amount of $400,000 to Maricopa County for use as 
matching funds under the DERA State Clean Diesel Grant Program.  Any remaining funds, or previous remaining funds will 
be used exclusively as additional program funding.  At the start of each fiscal year, ADEQ will amend the contract to provide 
a new funding amount to support the new Scope of Work/Work Plan.  Any changes or modifications to any part of this 
Agreement shall be modified only by written Agreement Amendment.” 
 
1.2 The Scope of Work Section is hereby revised by adding the following to the Scope of Work:  
 
“The Scope of Work for next fiscal year’s State Clean Diesel Grant Program will adhere to all EPA program requirements.  
The Scope of Work will be submitted to and approved by the EPA as EPA FY23-24 Arizona State Clean Diesel Grant 
Program Work Plan prior to any program funds being expended.”; 
 
1.3 The FY23-24 Project Budget Overview and Scope of Work is attached to this Amendment  Seven (7) as Exhibit A; 
 
1.4 Section Twelve (12), Agreement Term is hereby revised to commence on the Effective Date and end on December 31, 
2026; 
 
 
2. All other Terms and Conditions remain unchanged.
