Dear Mr. Noor: 
We have prepared our estimate to complete the referenced change order work for your acceptance.  The 
change involves an additional 1340 LF RGRCP, 1 STR, 2 MH and take lead to obtain the Railroad Utility 
Crossing Permit with UPRR.
The total estimated cost for SRP forces to complete this change order work is $51,790.  Before the work 
can be done, your authorization and agreement to pay is required by signing below and returning this 
letter. 
To avoid construction delay, your authorization must be received by December 4, 2024.  Please send your 
authorization to my attention at the above address and/or fax to (602) 236-5965.
