The meeting was called to order by Rich Feely at 3:30 p.m.

1. Approval of Minutes of the Museum Foundation Finance Subcommittee Regular Meeting of 
December 17, 2024. 
• Tom Escobedo made a motion to approve the meeting minutes of the Museum 
Foundation Finance Subcommittee Meeting of December 17, 2024. 
• Jacki Ryan seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously (4-0). The minutes  
were approved with corrections.

Briefing 
2. Develop an action plan to reach the CMF $20K budgeted fundraising target. 
• Rich Feely presented a recap of the information that had previously been presented 
and discussed at meetings. 
• Rick Feely presented options of projects that can be fundraised for in 2025. 
• Jacki Ryan asked about unlisted infrastructure needs that would go along with the 
proposed projects. 
i. Jody Crago mentioned a desire for directional speakers for exhibitions 
• Subcommittee members discussed whether to fundraise for specific events/projects 
or to fundraise broadly to support the museum. 
• Members talked through what a fundraising plan might look like for different 
fundraising initiatives, like the prospective exhibition on Eddie Basha, Jr. 
• Members discussed submitting a grant request to SRP as well as the other initiatives 
• Members rated initiatives based on the size of their impact and the ease of 
implementation. 
• Members agreed to commit to present four initiatives: 
i. House of Broadcasting Exhibition Reception 
ii. OA+D Exhibition 
iii. Basha Oral History Project and Exhibition 
iv. Major Fundraising Initiative
