Set an Executive Session

Legal Advice; Real Property - A.R.S. Section 38-431.03(A)(3) and (7) - Discussion and consultation
with the legal counsel for legal advice and with designated representatives of the City in order
to consider the City Council’s position and receive instruction regarding negotiations for the
sale of 2.0 acres located at the northeast corner of Alma School Road and Ray Road, and
disposition strategies for real property located at the southwest corner of McQueen Road and
Germann Road.

Action Agenda Motion and Vote
Councilmember Orlando moved to hold an Executive Session Meeting immediately following the
Special Meeting; Seconded by Vice Mayor Ellis.
Motion carried unanimously (6-0), Councilmember Encinas absent.
