HOME Housing Activities: 
 
City of Chandler Housing and Redevelopment – Tenant-Based Rental Assistance 
Recommendation: 
$374,298 
 
Funding to continue to provide a Tenant-Based Rental Assistance (“TBRA”) Program for 
persons experiencing homelessness in Chandler. HOME TBRA funds will be used to provide 
rental assistance for TBRA participants for a period of up to 24 months per household. TBRA 
participants will also receive individualized case management and supportive services to 
promote housing stability.
