Meeting Minutes Chandler Museum Foundation Regular Meeting March 17, 2025| 5:30 p.m. Chandler Museum, Saguaro Room 300 S. Chandler Village Drive, Chandler, AZ Call to Order The meeting was called to order by Barbara Meyerson at 5:31 p.m. Roll Call Board Member Attendance Staff Attendance Barbara Meyerson, Chair Kim Moyers, Cultural Development Director Joan Clark, Vice-Chair Jody Crago, Museum Manager Rich Feely, Treasurer Peter Bugg, Museum Operations Manager Calvenea Malloy Brenda Abney Tom Escobedo Mary Cimaglio Gregory Herriman Jacki Ryan Martin Sepulveda Joshua Askey Absent Unscheduled Public Appearances None. Consent Agenda 1. Approval of Minutes from February 18, 2025 Chandler Museum Foundation Board Meeting • Rich Feely made a motion to approve minutes from the February 18, 2025 Chandler Museum Foundation Board Meeting • Calvenea Malloy seconded the motion. • Motion carried unanimously (9-0). The minutes were approved as presented. Page 2 of 4 Action Agenda 2. Recommend Appointment of Candidates for 2025 Vacancies of Museum Foundation Board • Joan Clark made a motion to approve minutes from the February 18, 2025 Chandler Museum Foundation Board Meeting • Rich Feely seconded the motion. • Rich Feely recommended Heather Patterson for consideration • Martin Sepulveda recommended Devin Moreno for consideration • Barbara Meyerson recommended Chatavea Elder for consideration • Susan Crabtree had previously been recommended, as well • Motion carried unanimously (11-0). The recommendations were approved. 3. Recommend Museum Foundation Board Approve Four Fundraising Initiatives Developed by Museum Foundation Finance Subcommittee • Joan Clark made a motion to approve minutes from the February 18, 2025 Chandler Museum Foundation Board Meeting • Rich Feely seconded the motion. • Rich Feely presented fundraising initiative proposal to the board. • Board members discussed the prospective initiatives and each member was volunteered to help with at least one. • Motion carried unanimously (11-0). Next Museum Foundation Executive Subcommittee Meeting will be April 7, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at the Chandler Museum. 5. Next Museum Foundation Finance Subcommittee Meeting will be April 22, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at the Chandler Museum. 7. Next Museum Foundation Governance Subcommittee Meeting will be May 13, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the Chandler Museum. 8.
