The purpose of this amendment is to extend the period of performance, at no cost to the government, for twelve (12) months. This 
request is due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The grantee has made this request via the grantee’s request letter dated July 14, 2023.  The 
Government Technical Representative (GTR) approves this request via memo dated July 19, 2023. The following changes are made:  
1. The period of performance is revised to read:  June 29, 2020 to July 28, 2024 = 54 months
