In February 2025, ten (10) households made ten (10) reports regarding aircraft activity. Five (5) reports were for noise,
three (3) reports were reports of low-flying aircraft, and two (2) reports were concerns of aircraft traffic. Two (2) of the
ten (10) households are repeat residences.

Household #1 reported an increased frequency of low flying aircraft in the last year. A review of flight tracking
data for the previous month revealed that all aircraft were above regulatory altitudes.

Household #2 reported noise from aircraft. Flight tracking data revealed that most of the aircraft possibly
encountered was out of Stellar Airpark and PHX Sky Harbor, which appeared to be operating in accordance with
Federal Aviation Regulations.

Household #3, a residence in Gilbert reported an increase in the amount of airplane traffic. Flight tracking data
revealed that most of the traffic encountered was aircraft transitioning the area between Falcon Field in Mesa
to the south practice areas.

Household #4, a repeat residence reported aircraft not following the traffic patterns on the north side of the
airport. Flight tracking for several days prior indicated that aircraft were properly conducting pattern work in
accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations.

Household #5 reported aircraft circling the residence and making excessive noise. Flight tracking data revealed
that aircraft conducting pattern work on the south side of the airport were at or above regulatory altitudes.

Household #6 reported an increase in the number of helicopters flying over the residential area and inquired if
the flight paths had changed. Flight tracking data indicated that the aircraft encountered was CHD based
helicopters transitioning the neighborhood from the south practice area.

Report #7 (not a household) was concerning a low-flying helicopter approximately 11 miles west of the airport.
Flight tracking data revealed that the CHD-based helicopter was approximately 500 AGL as it crossed over the
Loop 202 Hwy and appeared to be operated in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations

Household #8 reported a low-flying aircraft over the apartment complex that is adjacent to the airport. Flight
tracking data indicated that the CHD based aircraft initiated what appeared to be a go-around to the north at
approximately midfield. It was later confirmed with the tower manager that the aircraft had in fact conducted
a go-around at midfield.

Household #9, a repeat residence reported an early morning aircraft creating noise. Flight tracking data revealed
a CHD based helicopter leaving the airport and was well above regulatory altitude when in proximity to
residence.

Household #10, a residence in the City of Maricopa reported excessive aircraft activity over the populated areas
of the residential area as opposed to the open rural desert areas. Flight tracking revealed several CHD-based
flight training aircraft maneuvering well above regulatory altitudes. Additional flight training aircraft from Falcon
Field and Phoenix Goodyear airports were also maneuvering over the area. All flights appeared to be operating
in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations. The CHD flight school chief instructor was advised of the
report.
