Two (2) reports were for noise, two (2) reports were reports of low-flying aircraft, and three (3) reports were concerns of aircraft traffic. Four (4) of the six (6) households are repeat residences. Flight tracking data revealed that both aircraft (a propeller airplane and a helicopter) were at or above regulatory altitudes. Resident requested contract information for the FAA office in Scottsdale to also report the aircraft encounters. Household #2 reported helicopter traffic has appeared to have doubled over the previous two years. Operational data from the flight tracking system revealed a slight decrease from the prior two years. Flight tracking data for the preceding two weeks revealed that all aircraft were above regulatory altitudes. Household #3 reported the increase in aircraft traffic. The residence is directly under the traffic pattern for the north runway. Flight tracking data revealed that all aircraft were above regulatory altitude. Household #4 reported repeated aircraft flying early on a Saturday morning. Residence is directly under the traffic pattern for the south runway. Household #5 reported an early morning aircraft making noise. Flight tracking data revealed a CHD-based helicopter departing the airport and was well above regulatory altitudes. Household #6 reported a loud aircraft early on a weekend day. Flight tracking data revealed a CHD-based Cessna 180 departing the airport and was well above regulatory altitudes.
