Goal for 100% plans by early March. Planned to be out for bid in June. Former K&K Site Remediation: City funding for soil remediation near end of Cooper Road north of Queen Creek. Mobilization starting on 7/8 with remediation originally scheduled to be completed by mid-November 2024. New schedule has completion in summer 2025 with a 5.8 acre restricted use area remaining.
