1. Approve Minutes of the Museum Foundation Governance Subcommittee Regular Meeting 
of December 9, 2024 
• Rich Feely made a motion to approve minutes of the Museum Foundation 
Governance Subcommittee regular meeting of December 9, 2024 
• Joan Clark seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously (2-0). The minutes 
were approved with the following edits: 
i. Page 2 – replace “Rich Feely let subcommittee in discussion of report 
contents.” with “Rich Feely led subcommittee in discussion of report 
contents.”

2. Approve Governance Subcommittee Biannual Report Part Three – Generative (Marketing & 
Awareness)  
• Rich Feely made a motion to recommend the approval of Governance Subcommittee 
Biannual Report Part Three – Generative (Marketing & Awareness).  
• Joan Clark seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously (3-0). Report was 
approved with one edit: 
i. Remove repeated bullet point in SWOT analysis 
• Joan Clark provided description of the report 
• Subcommittee members discussed the need to identify the museum’s value 
proposition and target audience. 
 
Briefing 
3. Completion of Full Report and Communication to Full Board 
• Full Report will be compiled and presented at the next Executive Committee meeting, 
then at the following Full Board meeting 
4. Strategic Planning Retreat 
• Members will follow up at next Executive Committee about date for half-day Strategic 
Planning Retreat, potentially in March
