of Board Officers for FY 25-26.

3. Recommend Museum Foundation Assume Operation of the Vision Gallery Store
• Rich Feely made a motion to recommend Museum Foundation Assume Operation of
the Vision Gallery Store.
• Joan Clark seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously (3-0).
• As part of the Museum Division reorganization, the Museum was expected to take
over operation of the Vision Gallery store. Upon analysis into what that would look
like, it was determinized that it would be cleaner for the Museum Foundation to take
over operation of the Vision Gallery store, like they currently operate the Chandler
Museum Store. The bookkeeping for each store would be kept separate.
• The plan is for the Museum to purchase the Vision Gallery store’s current stock using
the trust fund account. The Vision Gallery store would not restock until the beginning
of the fiscal year.
• Peter Bugg and Jody Crago provided a description of the Vision Gallery store’s current
stock.
• The Vision Gallery day to day operations would still be managed by Jillian Nakornthap
and Hanley Ange.
