Personnel Matters–-A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(1) – Annual Performance Review of Presiding City
Magistrate and City Magistrates.
2.
Personnel Matters–-A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(1), (A)(3), and (A)(4) – Discussion or consideration
regarding appointment of Interim City Manager and discussion or consultation with the City
Attorney for legal advice regarding recruitment of City Manager and potential contracts for
recruitment of candidates for the same.
Action Agenda Motion and Vote
Councilmember Harris moved to hold an Executive Session Meeting immediately following the Special
Meeting; Seconded by Vice Mayor Ellis.
Motion carried unanimously (7-0).
