Personnel Matters–-A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(1) – Interview, discussion and consideration of 
candidate for Acting City Manager appointment. Candidate for consideration is John Pombier. 
  
Action Agenda Motion and Vote 
Vice Mayor Ellis moved to hold an Executive Session Meeting immediately following the Special 
Meeting; Seconded by Councilmember Harris.  
 
Motion carried unanimously (7-0).

The meeting was adjourned at 6:03 pm.
