Payment terms - 50% Deposit, then Net 30 after completion. Check, Credit Card, ACH or other direct transfer accepted. Please make checks payable to "Hourlland Enterprise LLC" Thank you for your business It is understood that Chander Center is not liable for county or city sales and use taxes, so such taxes are not included. The accompanying proposal cover letter is part of this quote; see letter for additional notes. Customer to provide safe access to components. Estimate does not include personnel lift rental(s). Load cell replacement requires a qualified mechanic. If this is required, a separate quote will be provided. Hourlland Enterprise LLC warrants the system to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of system commissioning. If Hourlland Enterprise LLC is contracted to perform two (2) annual control system inpections at the end of the first and second years after commissioning, then the warranty period will be extended to three (3) years. It is the responsibility of the owner to schedule the inspections in a timely fashion; failure to do so will cause the warranty to revert back to one (1) year. Safe access (personnel lifts, scaffolding, etc.) shall be provided by the owner and at the owner's expense for inspections and for any warranty work. Hourlland Enterprise LLC will repair or replace the system or parts thereof using new or replacement parts, subject to availability and at the discretion of Hourlland Enterprise LLC. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligence, misuse, unauthorized modification, natural disaster, or accident. This warranty does not cover theft or loss. In order to obtain warranty service, please contact Hourlland Enterprise LLC using the contact information provided during system training. Hourlland Enterprise LLC is not liable for consequential or incidental damages, including loss of use, loss of profits, delays, personal injury, or property damage. Where possible, cabinet layout will be preserved. Electrical components that are at or beyond end-of-life will be replaced. All others will be re-used. Custom electrical enclosures on Powerlifts will be re-used in order to maintain hoist spacing and placement. Any electrical enclosures or contaiment that is in servicable condition will be re-used.
