Intel Corporation 2200 Mission College Blvd. Santa Clara, CA 95054 intel.com June 3, 2025 Michael Winer Economic Development Project Manager City of Chandler Re: Application for TSF Subzone Designation of Intel Corporation Proposed site addresses: 6615 West Frye Road, Chandler, AZ 85226, 6760 W Chicago Street, Chandler, AZ 85226 and 555 E. Queen Creek Road, Building B, Suite 90 and 100, Chandler, AZ 85248 Dear Mr. Winer: I am writing in reference to the designation of additional sites for FTZ #75, Subzone 00C. The designation of three additional warehouses will play a pivotal role in supporting Intel's operations in Chandler by fostering economic growth and enhancing regional development. By establishing these FTZs, Intel can attract more business activities to the area, creating a hub for technological innovation and manufacturing excellence. This expansion is likely to generate new job opportunities, both directly within Intel's operations and indirectly through increased demand for local services and suppliers. The presence of FTZs can also stimulate investment in infrastructure and community development, as businesses and stakeholders recognize the potential for growth and collaboration. Furthermore, the streamlined logistics and operational efficiencies afforded by FTZ status can enhance Intel's ability to scale its production capabilities, thereby contributing to the broader economic vitality of Chandler. As Intel continues to expand its footprint, the FTZ designation will serve as a catalyst for sustainable economic development, reinforcing Chandler's position as a key player in the global semiconductor industry. Furthermore, Intel Corporation is not seeking the local property tax benefits outlined in Arizona Revised Statutes 42-12006 (section 2) and 42-15006 for the additional sites mentioned in the Geographical application. By committing to this decision, Intel ensures that there will be no reclassification of the property, and consequently, no reduction in taxes as stipulated by Arizona law. Sincerely, Tonia Richman US FTZ Trade and Customs Compliance Manager
