with legal counsel for legal advice relating to City Charter election requirements. 
  
Action Agenda Motion and Vote 
Councilmember Poston moved to hold an Executive Session Meeting immediately following the 
Special Meeting; Seconded by Vice Mayor Ellis.  
 
Motion carried unanimously (7-0).
