with legal counsel for legal advice relating to City Charter appointive officer requirements. 
  
Action Agenda Motion and Vote 
Councilmember Poston moved to hold an Executive Session Meeting immediately following the 
Special Meeting; Seconded by Councilmember Hawkins.  
 
Motion carried unanimously (7-0).
