In May 2025, four (4) households made thirty-four (34) reports regarding aircraft activity. Seven (7) reports were for noise, and twenty-seven (27) reports were for low-flying aircraft. All four (4) households are repeat residences. Meeting Date: July 9, 2025 Previous Caller (Daytime) Previous Caller (Nighttime) New Caller (Daytime) New Caller (Nighttime) Household #1 made twenty-seven (27) separate reports of low-flying aircraft. The residence is under the traffic pattern for the north runway. Flight tracking data for the day of each report revealed that all aircraft were climbing to pattern altitude, at or above regulatory altitudes and appear to be operating in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations. Household #2 reported repeated loud aircraft over the residential area during the day for approximately two weeks. Flight tracking data revealed that all aircraft in proximity to the residential area were at or above regulatory altitudes. Household #3, a residence in Gilbert, reported repeated loud aircraft over the residence during the morning hours. Flight tracking data revealed several aircraft conducting pattern work. The residence is directly on the extended RWY 22L centerline. Household #4 made five reports of loud aircraft in the early mornings. All aircraft were found to be at or above regulatory altitudes.
