1. Approval of Minutes of the Museum Foundation Finance Subcommittee Regular Meeting of 
February 25, 2025. 
• Jacki Ryan made a motion to approve the meeting minutes of the Museum 
Foundation Finance Subcommittee Meeting of February 25, 2025. 
• Tom Escobedo seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously (3-0). The minutes  
were approved with corrections.

Briefing 
2. Fall Fundraising Initiative 
• House of Broadcasting exhibit tabled indefinitely. 
• OA+D exhibition scheduled for September 2025 to February 2026. 
• OA+D will be hosting a reception at the museum on November 15, 2025. 
• Museum Foundation will solicit donations to support: 
i. Exhibit displays and graphics 
ii. Opening Reception, date to be determined 
iii. Closing Reception, date to be determined 
• Subcommittee members identified a donor solicitation target list 
• Subcommittee members discussed potential fundraising methods to employ at 
planned receptions 
• Subcommittee members planned needed marketing materials, to be implemented 
by the Chandler Museum Foundation Marketing Workgroup and Museum Marketing 
and Volunteer Coordinator, Becca Vega. 
• Subcommittee defined action steps going forward: 
i. Jody Crago and Peter Bugg will put together an itemized list of exhibit and 
reception elements 
ii. Joan Clark will speak with Bill Scott about potentially speaking at an upcoming 
event 
iii. Joan Clark will draft a 1-page donor request summary 
iv. Greg Harriman will reach out to Developers and Corporate Contractors 
v. Rich Feely will reach out to Architectural and Interior Design Firms 
vi. Joan Clark will speak with OA+D about utilizing their mailing list to solicit 
donations and ask about possible silent auction objects 
vii. Greg Harriman and Jody Crago will investigate possible donor management 
systems 
viii. Becca Vega will meet with the Museum Foundation Marketing Workgroup to 
plan marketing materials 
 
Member Comments 
• Jody Crago proposed adding a Museum Foundation Finance Subcommittee meeting 
between May 7th Museum Foundation Executive Subcommittee meeting and May 19th 
Museum Foundation Board Meeting to draft FY 25-26 budget. 
o Meeting will be scheduled for May 15th at 1:00 p.m.
