FY2024-25 Q4 Highlights
During the fourth quarter of Fiscal Year 2024-25, the Chandler Career Center continued to
build on its momentum with another quarter of strong engagement and growth. 17 new
Chandler-based employers joined the platform, raising the total to 63, with notable
additions including ARM, Caribou Financial, Carvana, KeenStack, and Someburros. A total of
178 job opportunities were manually posted on behalf of Chandler-based employers, while
193 new job seekers registered on the platform to explore these opportunities. 7 events
were attended this quarter, highlighted by outreach conducted at four Chandler Unified
School District high schools and the successful completion of a 5th Lunch and Learn event
to support employer engagement. Looking ahead, efforts will prioritize partnership with
CUSD’s CTE Department and their Mentorship, Internship, and Career (MIC) program, which
aims to expand work-based opportunities for students, “boots on the ground” employer
outreach to grow the Chandler Career Center platform’s employer base and increase public
awareness through new billboard advertisements targeting local job seekers.
