1. Final Adoption of Ordinance No. 5133, Sign Code Text Amendment, PLH25-0013 Temporary
Signs in the Right-of-Way
Move City Council adopt Ordinance No. 5133 authorizing the removal of illegal temporary
signs in the public right-of-way and requiring them to be marked with the name and
telephone number of the person or entity responsible for erecting the sign.
Action Agenda Motion and Vote
Councilmember Poston moved to adopt Ordinance No. 5133 authorizing the removal of illegal
temporary signs in the public right-of-way and requiring them to be marked with the name and
telephone number of the person or entity responsible for erecting the sign; Seconded by Vice
Mayor Ellis.
