This notice from Rancho Ventura 12 IWDD No. 81 serves as a formal request to cancel the election of 
Trustees(s) that is to be held on November 15, 2023.  In accordance with A.R.S. 16-410(A), the District 
seeks approval from the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to have the election cancelled and appoint 
Jeff Bloker, Nathan Hubbell, and Laura Stover who is duly qualified for the office of Trustee to which he 
or she has been serving previously. The term they will serve as Trustee(s) will be from January 1, 2024 to 
December 31, 2025.
