Executive Session for Legal Advice–-A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(3) – Discussion or consultation with 
legal counsel for legal advice regarding new standard requirements for federal grant 
agreements. 
  
Action Agenda Motion and Vote 
Councilmember Harris moved to hold an Executive Session Meeting immediately following the Special 
Meeting; Seconded by Councilmember Poston.  
 
Motion carried unanimously (7-0).
