The meeting was called to order by Rich Feely at 3:35 p.m.

Consent Agenda
1. Approval of Minutes of the Museum Foundation Finance Subcommittee Regular Meeting of
April 23, 2025.
• Chandler Museum Foundation (CMF) Board Member Jacki Ryan made a motion to
approve the meeting minutes of the Museum Foundation Finance Subcommittee
Meeting of April 23, 2025.
• Chandler Museum Foundation Board Member Joshua Askey seconded the motion.
Motion carried unanimously (3-0).
• The minutes were approved with corrections to item 2, subitems iv and vii.

2. Approval of Revised Spending Policy

• Mrs. Ryan made a motion to approve motion for approval of revised Spending Policy.
• Mr. Askey seconded the motion.
• Museum Manager Jody Crago explained that the reason for the proposed revision
was because the previous version was approved before the Chandler Museum
Foundation agreed to take over operation of the Vision Gallery Store.
i. The changes primarily concern adding provisions for selling items on
consignment.
1. Mrs. Ryan and Mr. Askey asked questions about the details of
consignment sales.
• Motion carried unanimously (3-0). The revised Spending Policy was approved as
presented.
3. Approval of Revised 2025-2026 Budget
• Mrs. Ryan made a motion to approve motion for approval of revised 2025-2026
Budget.
• Mr. Askey seconded the motion.
• Mr. Jody Crago explained the line items that were added or changed.
i. Adding Vision Gallery and Vision Gallery Store items to the budget.
ii. Adding restricted donation funds.
iii. Switching fund amounts for Chandler Museum Signature and Collaborative
Exhibit line items.
• Motion carried unanimously (3-0). The revised 2025-2026 Budget was approved as
presented.
