Six (6) reports were for noise, One (1) report was for low-flying aircraft. Five (5) households are repeat residences. Previous Caller (Daytime) Previous Caller (Nighttime) New Caller (Daytime) New Caller (Nighttime) Meeting Date: October 8, 2025 Chandler Municipal Airport Noise Report Household #1 in the Town of Gilbert reported a low-flying helicopter over Higley Rd. Flight tracking data revealed that aircraft was a medevac helicopter not associated with the airport. Household #2 reported repeated aircraft flying over the residence on the holiday (4th of July) weekend making noise. Residence is under the traffic pattern for the south runway. Flight tracking data revealed all aircraft were at or above regulatory altitudes. Household #3 made two (2) reports of loud helicopters circling the residential area. Flight tracking revealed that the aircraft were conducting pattern work and were at or above regulatory altitudes. Household #4 reported a loud early morning aircraft over the residence. Flight tracking data revealed a transient aircraft departing from the airport and was climbing to altitude and appeared to be operating in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations. Household #5 reported a loud helicopter hovering over buildings on a Saturday morning. The aircraft was conducting external lift operations and placing HVAC units on the roof of the newly constructed warehouses at McQueen Rd and Queen Creek Rd. Household #6 reported repeated loud helicopters over the residence and requested they follow the roads instead of flying over the neighborhood. Flight tracking data revealed that all aircraft were being operated at or above regulatory altitudes. Meeting Date: October 8, 2025
