Two (2) reports were for noise, one (1) report was for low-flying aircraft. One (1) household is a repeat residence. Previous Caller (Daytime) Previous Caller (Nighttime) New Caller (Daytime) New Caller (Nighttime) Meeting Date: October 8, 2025 Chandler Municipal Airport Noise Report Household #1 reported a loud early morning aircraft over the residence. Flight tracking data revealed a transient aircraft departing from the airport and was climbing to altitude and appeared to be operating in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations. Household #2 reported several and repeated low-flying aircraft (propeller aircraft and helicopters) flying over the residential area. The resident provided very little details on location, time, or dates and referred to the FAA office in Scottsdale by email. Household #3 reported the same airplane circling over the residence six times in 30 minutes. Flight tracking revealed four (4) individual AeroGuard aircraft in the traffic pattern at the same time and at regulatory altitudes. Meeting Date: October 8, 2025
