Two (2) reports were for noise, two (2) reports were for low-flying aircraft, and one (1) report was for traffic. One (1) household is a repeat residence. Previous Caller (Daytime) Previous Caller (Nighttime) New Caller (Daytime) New Caller (Nighttime) Meeting Date: October 8, 2025 Chandler Municipal Airport Noise Report Household #1 in Gold Canyon (19 NM East) reported a low flying aircraft over the residence. Flight tracking data revealed a CHD based aircraft at regulatory altitude and appeared to be operating in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations. The resident was provided the contact information for FAA office in Scottsdale. Household #2 reported repeated and loud aircraft over the residence, which is on the extended centerline of the south runways. A flight tracking review for the previous week indicated that all aircraft were at or above regulatory altitudes. Household #3 reported an increase in the amount of flight activity for the traffic pattern for the north runway. Flight the proceeding week indicated that all aircraft were at or above regulatory altitudes and appeared to be operating in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations. Household #4 reported a Low-Flying helicopter over the residence near the airport. Flight tracking data revealed that a Stellar Airpark based helicopter took off from the city self-serve fuel pumps and departed to the west. Flight tracking data indicated that the helicopter was 200 feet AGL and climbing when it was over the residence. Household #5 reported repeated and loud aircraft over the residence, which is on the extended centerline of the south runways.
