The Vision Gallery has scheduled you to participate in the Art Social program as an instructor. The
following is the approved information for the details of the event.

All Vision Gallery workshops are held at or broadcast from Vision Gallery, 10 East Chicago Street,
Chandler, AZ 85225. The staff contact for all Art Social instructors is: Hanley Ange, 480-782-2697.
Workshop Description:
Workshop Compensation: $375. A W9 must be submitted with the contract if you have not taught
through Vision Gallery prior to this workshop. Instructors will receive payment via direct deposit the week
following workshop.
Materials
Vision Gallery staff will purchase all supplies. Any instructor-incurred supply expenditures must be
approved prior to purchase and will be reimbursed with supplied original receipt.
Marketing
Vision Gallery may record video, photographs, or audio from workshops for marketing purposes. Vision
Gallery may also use any photographs supplied by the artist, including project images or headshots, to
promote Art Social classes only.
The artist/instructor agrees to perform at the above time and place for Vision Gallery for the set fee.
