The East half of the East half of Section 33, Township 1 South, Range 5 East of the Gila and Salt 
River Base and Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona along with the West half of the West half of 
Section 34, Township 1 South, Range 5 East of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, 
Maricopa County, Arizona. 
 
Containing an area of 14,067,948.24 square feet or 322.96 acres more or less. 
 
Together with a 5,280-foot buffer zone extending outward from the perimeter of the described 
parcel. 
Buffer zone area contains 173,486,498.07 square feet or 3,982.70 acres and is 
subject to easements and restriction of record.  
 
 
Combined area of district and buffer zone equals 187,554,446.31 square feet or 4,305.66 
acres, more or less.
