Legal Advice–-A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(3) and (A)(4) – Discussion and consultation for legal advice 
with the City Attorney relating to campaign finance violations and enforcement and discussion 
or consultation with the City Attorney regarding contract for retention of legal counsel for 
election related matters.  
 
Action Agenda Motion and Vote 
Councilmember Orlando moved to hold an Executive Session Meeting immediately following the 
Special Meeting; Seconded by Councilmember Poston.  
 
Motion carried unanimously (7-0).
