RESOLUTION NO. 5960 
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHANDLER, 
ARIZONA, APPROVING A LICENSE TO WYYERD CONNECT, LLC, TO 
CONSTRUCT, 
INSTALL, 
OPERATE, 
MAINTAIN, 
AND 
USE 
THE         
PUBLIC 
RIGHTS 
OF 
WAY 
WITHIN 
THE 
CITY 
TO 
PROVIDE 
TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICES (CLASS 4 LICENSE) AND FIBER 
OPTIC CABLE, INTERSTATE SERVICES, AND OTHER COMMUNICATION 
FACILITIES (COLLECTIVELY “INTERSTATE TELECOMMUNICATION 
SERVICES”) (CLASS 5 LICENSE) AS APPROPRIATE. 
WHEREAS, the City of Chandler believes that it is in the City’s best interest to issue a License 
Agreement for such purpose.  
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Chandler, Arizona, 
as follows: 
Section 1. 
Approves the License Agreement between the City of Chandler and Wyyerd 
Connect, LLC, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit “A” and incorporated herein 
by reference.  
Section 2. 
Authorizes the Mayor of the City of Chandler to execute the Agreement on behalf 
of the City of Chandler. 
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Chandler, Arizona, this _____ day 
of December, 2025.
