I am a nearby resident living within the notification area for the proposed Entertainment Use Permit (PLH25-0027) for Morning Glory Brunchery at 
70 E Riggs Road. 
 
I would like to express my opposition to approving outdoor speakers for this location. The property is very close to residential homes, and amplified 
outdoor sound would negatively affect the peace and quiet of our neighborhood. I am concerned that music or announcements could be disruptive, 
especially during early morning or evening hours. 
 
I respectfully request that the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council deny this permit to preserve the residential character and quiet 
environment of our community.

Additionally, the outdoor patio arrangement with music would definitely encourage patrons to smoke 
specifically in this area. I am equally concerned about this since my 2 young kids spend a lot of their time 
playing in our backyard. 
 
I respectfully request that the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council deny this permit to 
preserve the residential character and quiet environment of our beautiful community.
