Wayfair Outlets 75 Chandler Companies Job Postings on Chandler Career Center 247 1080 500 Job Seekers Utilizing Chandler Career Center 124 1070 500 Workforce Development Event Presentations/Partnered Trainings 6 CUSD High School CCC Outreach (Casteel HS) CUSD High School CCC Outreach (CHS) #2 Uptown Chandler Workforce Roundtable CUSD High School CCC Outreach (ACPHS) RR Event for DFC/TXP MCCCD Summer 2025 Manufacturing, Automation, and Robotics Career Event 25 6 FY2025-26 Q1 Highlights During the first quarter of Fiscal Year 2025-26, the Chandler Career Center continued to expand with another quarter of strong engagement and growth from both our employer and job seeker bases. 13 new Chandler-based employers joined the platform, raising the total amount of employers that we provide direct workforce support to 76, with notable additions including PCL Industrial Services, VirTra, and Wayfair Outlets. A total of 247 job opportunities were manually posted on behalf of Chandler-based employers, while 124 new job seekers registered on the platform to explore these opportunities, bringing the lifetime total of both metrics over 1000. 6 events were attended and/or hosted this quarter, highlighted by presentations given at the Uptown Chandler Workforce Roundtable and to the City of Chandler Executive Leadership Team. Looking ahead, efforts will continue to prioritize partnership with CUSD’s CTE program, along with hosting an “Internship 101 for Businesses” event to connect local employers with local educational institutions, and continuing “boots on the ground” employer outreach to grow the Chandler Career Center platform’s employer base and offer even more diverse employment opportunities to local job seekers.
