Security Measures–-A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(9) – Discussion and consultation with designated
representatives of the public body in order to discuss security plans, procedures, assessments,
measures or systems relating to, or having an impact on, the security of buildings, facilities,
operations, critical infrastructure information and information technology maintained by the
public body.
Action Agenda Motion and Vote
Vice Mayor Ellis moved to hold an Executive Session Meeting immediately following the Special
Meeting; Seconded by Councilmember Orlando.
Motion carried unanimously (6-0).
