With 20 years of experience as a realtor, I bring a deep understanding of property values, market
trends, and community development to the Planning and Zoning Committee. My firsthand

with buyers, sellers, developers, and city officials, I understand the importance of balanced planning

I am eager to serve on this commission to help shape the growth and development of our
community. With over 22 years of real estate experience, I see this as an ideal opportunity to apply
my knowledge and contribute to thoughtful decision-making on land use, zoning regulations, and
urban planning. Serving on the commission would allow me to advocate for fair and balanced
policies that reflect the needs of residents, businesses, and future development. Additionally, my
background in policy has given me the skills to navigate complex issues and ensure that all voices
are heard. I am committed to representing my neighbors and guiding growth in a way that aligns
with both my values and those of the Chandler community.
