Attachment 1 CITY OF CHANDLER NOTICE OF INTENTION TO AMEND CITYWIDE UTILITY RATES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT at a Regular Meeting of the Chandler City Council to be held in the Council Chambers, 88 E. Chicago Street, on Thursday, January 8, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., it is the City Council’s intention to amend certain Water, Wastewater and Reclaimed Water, and Solid Waste utility rates which will be effective March 2, 2026. A Public Hearing will also be held on Thursday January 8, 2026, at a Regular Meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chambers, 88 E. Chicago Street at 6:00 p.m. to hear and receive written comments regarding the proposed increase to certain Water, Wastewater, Reclaimed Water and Solid Waste rates. A copy of the documents supporting the increase will be available in the office of the City Clerk commencing October 16, 2025 and these documents are available online on the 2026 Utility Rate Changes webpage at chandleraz.gov/proposedutilityrates.
