Attorney and/or outside counsel for legal advice and with City representatives to consider its 
position and provide instruction regarding a potential condemnation action at 793 N. Alma 
School Road in support of PM10-2024 Alleyway Rehab and Dust Control Project T0555.

Real Property–-A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(3), (A)(4) and (A)(7) – Discussion or consultation with the City 
Attorney and/or outside counsel for legal advice and with City representatives to consider its 
position and provide instruction regarding potential condemnation actions at multiple locations 
in support of ST2013/LJ90348 Ray-Dobson Intersection Improvements.

Litigation–-A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(3) and (A)(4) – Discussion and consultation with the City 
Attorney for legal advice and to consider its position and instruct its attorneys regarding the 
city’s position in pending or contemplated litigation or in settlement discussions conducted in 
order to avoid or resolve litigation in the matter of William Vannasap v. City of Chandler, et al. 
 
4. 
Personnel and Contract Matters–-A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(1) and (A)(4) – Discussion and 
consideration of candidate and to consider its position and instruct its attorneys regarding a 
contract for City Clerk appointment. Candidate for consideration is Jennifer Ekblad. 
 
Action and Vote 
Councilmember Hawkins moved to hold an Executive Session Meeting immediately following the 
Special Meeting; Seconded by Councilmember Orlando.  
 
Motion carried unanimously (6-0).
