Set an Executive Session 
1. 
Personnel and Contract Matters–-A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(1) and (A)(4) – Discussion and 
consideration of candidate and to consider its position and instruct its attorneys regarding a 
contract for Acting City Clerk appointment. Candidate for consideration is Jennifer Ekblad. 
 
Action Agenda Motion and Vote 
Vice Mayor Ellis moved to hold an Executive Session Meeting immediately following the Special 
Meeting; Seconded by Councilmember Orlando.  
 
Motion carried unanimously (6-0). 
 
Adjourn 
The meeting was adjourned at 4:02 pm.
